Thank you for shopping at Vino-Rater.com. The following terms are applicable for any products that you have purchased with us.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We charge you what the shipping rate is from Printify, so we don’t play the “increase the retail” game many online stores play. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Vino-Rater is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items in Transport:

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at mikenormart@vino-rater.com

Returns Policy

No Returns: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (Print on Demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please order carefully.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g., wine), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
